Waterside Training is a recognised leader of providing Apprenticeship Programmes for Industry and is one of the best apprentice training programmes in the UK providing local industry with employees for their future workforce.
Waterside has around 100 people on sponsored apprenticeship programmes in a range of subjects from Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, to Laboratory and Manufacturing providing a range of multi-national companies with apprentices; such as NSG Pilkington, Goodrich Actuation Systems, NGF Europe, Stateside Foods, Knauf Insulation as well as many more leading worldwide companies.
Our programmes are different from other apprentice training schemes because we work very closely with industry and our sponsoring company sites to provide leading employers with apprentices to meet their future skills needs. Our programmes are tailored to meet the specification and requirements of the sponsoring company’s business needs.
Waterside has a highly experienced team of people and an excellent reputation to assist apprentices throughout their apprenticeship programme. As an EAL center we provide NVQ’s and have successfully won a number of awards from Glass Training and Proskills. We are accredited by both EAL and IMechE.
Our completion results speak for themselves, as they are twice the national average with a vast number of apprentices successfully completing their apprenticeships transferring into industry to start their career with many successfully climbing the career ladder.
