Adapted Courses
As many open courses can address the core training requirement Waterside’s training advisors will look at the skills that a business needs and prepare an adapted course to meet specific skills needs for:
- Individuals
- Teams
- An entire workforce
We adapt courses to meet the skills requirements of a company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and specific pieces of equipment and Work Instructions (WI’s). This means that the training is a relevant and as practical as possible for the operatives.
Post training evaluation
By working with our customers we can not only design the courses but we can also design post-training evaluation and assessment programmes to ensure that workers have acquired the skills they need.
Specific Q & A Forums
We prepare specific Q&A forums using a company’s equipment and operating procedures as a basis. Delegates can be confident of getting clear, detailed answers to their exact questions because our training advisors and instructors will have had chance to find out about their equipment and SOP’s.
In open courses, instructors have to address questions from a broad range of delegates and it isn’t usually possible to have an in-depth discussion about very specific issues.
Fully Bespoke Courses & Programmes
Sometimes an employer’s training needs are so specific that it isn’t possible to adapt a standard course. Waterside Training can address these needs by designing a completely bespoke course for an employer.
We achieve this by gaining a thorough understanding of your needs, aims and objectives.
