Quality Standards
Waterside operates to EAL and St Helens College quality Standards. We are also fully IIP (Investors in People) accredited. Our course materials and tutors are reviewed and audited on a regular basis to maintain regulatory compliance and to ensure that training standards meet client requirements.
To further satisfy ourselves that we are meet client expectations we carry out an annual Customer Satisfaction Survey, the results of which are available for inspection.
Today we support over eighty core clients on an on-going basis and many more customers who need training on an ad-hoc basis. Clients range from small and medium enterprise companies through to the largest multinationals, all of whom receive the same high level of customer care and attention.
