The Apprenticeship Framework

An Apprenticeship Framework involves either a 3 or 4 year commitment to training an apprentice:

The apprentice will:

gain high quality skills (to National Vocational Standards)
study and achieve nationally recognised further and higher education qualifications up to HNC
be supported throughout the training programme by a professional and expert team via monthly review process
gather a range of skills and qualifications that will provide you with a well rounded apprentice which is an excellent foundation for your future workforce

Waterside has two specific programmes; each can be tailored to the company needs.
