Business Growth Executive
Michelle is our Business Growth Executive who is responsible for the recruitment and selection process of the apprentices. Ensuring the right selection process is obtained for each vacancy and communicated between each candidate and its employing representative. Michelle fully supports the recruitment process by arranging open events and acts as school liaison to arrange and organise careers events with all local school and colleges to promote apprenticeship vacancies. Michelle supports the key performance of the apprenticeship programme by providing administration support to the Workplace Coaches and by providing weekly employer communication feedback.
Michelle has a variety of administration experience and background as a Receptionist, Purchase Ledger Assistant, as well as General Administration skills prior to joining Waterside in 2018 as a Technical Administrator covering for maternity leave before joining the company permanently on completion of the initial contract and working on technical training before transferring to the Apprenticeship Team to provide administration support, school and employer liaison.
