The course is run over 1 day, covering subject matters such as taking charge and summoning help, priorities in First Aid and dealing with resuscitation, control of bleeding, burns and scalds. Successful delegates will be awarded with a certificate for a period of 3 years, after which the delegate must attend the full course again.
